Thank you for your interest in the NEW WORLD MANGA Comics Subscription Service. We believe strongly in offering you the best customer service whether you subscribe in-store or through mail-order.

How does the Comic Subscription Service work?
Every week, we pull the comics you subscribe to and file them in your pull box.

How many titles do I have to subscribe to?
We have no minimums; subscribe to whatever you like. However, discounts will only apply to customers subscribing to FIVE (5) regular monthly titles (Manga is always 10% OFF EVERYDAY.)

Is there a discount?
YES! We offer the following discount:
Subscribe to:
• FIVE (5) or more Regular Monthly Titles and get 10% off cover price.

Are there any other benefits to the Comic Subscription Service?
YES! Customers who subscribe to FIVE (5) or more Regular Monthly Titles will also get:
• 10% discount on all comics! including; new releases, back issues, trade paperbacks and hard covers. (discount does not apply to sale items)
• 10% discount on all merchandise PRE-ORDERED from the Diamond Previews Catalog: Toys, Trading Cards, Magazines, Statues, Action Figures, T-Shirts, Novelties and more! (Additional discounts may apply for customers who PRE-PAY for items over $100.)
• Our monthly e-mail with all the new titles and cancellations from your favorite Comic Book Companies and recommendations for stuff you’ll enjoy. It’s like having your own personal Comic Book Concierge!

Do you ask for credit card information?
YES.
• In-store customers will pay when they pick up their books. We will only charge your credit card in the event that you do not pick up your books in a “timely manner” after contacting you by phone and e-mail.
• In-store customers also have the option of being auto-billed each month. Speak to us for more information.

What’s a “Timely Manner”?
You should pick up your books AT LEAST once per month. Obviously we would prefer to see you every week but we understand that is not always possible. When the next month’s issue of a book is placed in your box if you still have not come in or contacted us, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not hear from you within a week, we will charge your credit card. If you know you will not be able to pick up your books regularly, please make special arrangements with us.

What if you put a book in my box or ship a book I didn’t order?
No problem. Just let us know and we will correct it. We may pull a book we think you might enjoy or need to continue a story arc, but you are not obligated to purchase. You may also elect to have no additional books added to your box.

What if I need to add or drop a title?
It’s simple. Just let us know right away by removing the item from your pull list in the store or send us an e-mail. Please keep in mind that we order titles 2 months in advance, so we may ask you to honor the purchase of something specifically ordered for you.

What about mini-series and specials?
We will automatically order Annuals related to a title on your list. Please let us know if you do not want them.
Each month we’ll send an e-mail with the new limited series titles and you can let us know if you’d like to subscribe to them. If you are into a wide variety of publishers we suggest subscribing to the PREVIEWS catalog.

What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel at any time. However, we expect you to honor your commitment to purchase any titles that we are holding for you up to that point. Most importantly, let us know immediately when you need to make a change.
